Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire (3 months)
Shift: Multiple 12 hr. Shifts (2-2-3 rotation)

Are you ready to make an impact in GMP manufacturing? We’re seeking a motivated Central Services Technician I to join our team and support critical processes in the production of bulk products for GMP manufacturing. This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute GMP manufacturing batch records, SMPs, work instructions, and SOPs with minimal supervision, focusing on accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain accurate documentation to meet cGMP requirements.

• Operate processing equipment, including biological safety cabinets, mixers, autoclaves, washers, balances/scales, and pH/conductivity meters, per SOPs.

• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities.

• Spot waste in processes and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

• Review daily GMP documentation for accuracy and completeness (e.g., logbooks, SMPs, batch records).

• Adhere to all GMP, compliance, and regulatory mandates to ensure safety and quality.

• Collaborate effectively across teams to meet company objectives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1-2 years of experience in a GMP facility preferred (additional education may substitute for experience).

• Strong communication and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment with a strong work ethic.

• Flexibility, adaptability, and self-motivation to work independently or within teams.

• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.

• Standing for >90% of work time.

Pay Details: $23.50 per hour
