Center Manager

•Assistant Manager

Center Manager – Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee day-to-day operations of the plasma center, including staff management, donor relations, and regulatory compliance.

•Lead recruitment, training, and performance management efforts to build a strong, motivated team.

•Ensure smooth operations, driving the center’s performance and ensuring a positive donor experience.

•Collaborate with corporate leadership to implement strategies that support company goals.

Assistant Manager – Key Responsibilities:

•Support the Center Manager in daily operations, ensuring all processes are efficient and compliant.

•Assist with staff management, scheduling, and performance oversight.

•Manage donor relations and ensure a supportive and welcoming environment for both staff and donors.

•Take a lead role in problem-solving and process improvement to help the center reach its full potential.

Qualifications (For Both Roles):

•Center Manager: Significant past experience in plasma center management is strongly required.

Assistant Manager: Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or plasma center setting is preferred.

•Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

•Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in plasma collection.

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred (for Center Manager).
