Job Title: Center Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Springfield, MA

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in a center-based setting. Responsibilities include:

Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans

Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention strategies

Supervising and training RBTs and other staff

Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams

Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Current BCBA certification

Strong communication and organizational skills
