About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Engineer III to join our telecommunications infrastructure team. In this role, you'll manage multiple cell site modification projects while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and compliance with industry standards.

Construction Engineer III Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate cell site modification projects within established timelines
• Direct and monitor third-party vendors performing site inspections, structural analysis, and construction activities
• Review technical documentation including construction drawings, equipment specifications, and project closeout packages
• Develop comprehensive bills of materials for network infrastructure projects
• Manage project financials from initial quotation through service completion
• Interface with landlords and governmental agencies to secure necessary permits and certificates of occupancy
• Maintain detailed project tracking databases and documentation
• Select and manage third-party vendor relationships
• Collaborate with internal departments including RF Engineering, Transport, Project Management, and Regulatory teams

Construction Engineer III Qualifications Essential Requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant engineering experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently
• Experience with technical document review and approval
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft or similar project management software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous wireless telecommunications experience
• Experience with small cell and macro site modifications
• Knowledge of construction inspection processes and building permit requirements
• Familiarity with structural analysis and design principles
