- Pay Rate: Drivers average $85,000 - $100,000 per year.
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $20,000, depending on experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 21 years of age.
- Have a Commercial Driver License (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record.
- Recent CDL graduate drivers.
- Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
