Commercial Drivers at Coastal Waste & Recycling are the backbone of our operations. They navigate heavy-duty trucks through busy streets and congested areas, hauling loads exceeding 1000 pounds with precision and care. In addition to safe driving practices, our drivers conduct thorough vehicle inspections, communicate effectively with managers and dispatch, and provide outstanding customer service to the communities we serve. To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL.
• Prior experience driving a Roll-off truck helpful.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Successfully pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and DOT physical.
• Possess a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License.
• Physical strength to occasionally push, pull carts up to 75 lbs., along with bending, twisting, and lifting.
• Great attention to detail and ability to navigate digital maps and mapping systems.
