CDL-A Truck Drivers Wanted  3+ Months Experience Required

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (Paid in Two Installments)

Job Overview:

• Schedule: 12 days on the road, followed by 2 full days off (48 hours) every other weekend.
• Routes: OTR across all 48 states. Most routes are east of I-35, though flexible depending on freight demand.
• Mileage: Average 2,000-2,200 miles per week, depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.
• Freight: All no-touch freight—focus on driving, not loading or unloading.
• Drop & Hook: 50-60% of loads are drop & hook, while 40-50% are live unload.
• City Restrictions: No forced dispatch into New York City or its boroughs.

Equipment & Support:

• Trucks: 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths, fully equipped for comfort and efficiency.
• 24/7 Support: Operations team available at all hours to provide assistance when needed.

Pay & Benefits:

Your base pay will be determined by your verified experience:

• 3-5 Months: $0.57 per mile
• 6-11 Months: $0.58 per mile
• 12-23 Months: $0.60 per mile
• 2-9 Years: $0.62 per mile
• 10+ Years: $0.64 per mile

Additional Compensation:

• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours of wait time.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 after completing your first load and another $500 after 30 days.
• Mileage Bonus: Up to 3 cents per mile based on safety, productivity, and mileage. Eligibility starts the first of the month after you're hired.
