CDL Class A Ecolab Company Driver Needed - Expedite Tigers

Company: Ecolab
Route: Regional (IL, MN, WI, IA, MO, KY, IN, MI, ND, SD)
Home Time: Weekly, with a guaranteed 34-hour reset at home. Secure parking is available in Joliet, IL.
Schedule: Primarily Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working into Saturday depending on the route.
Average Weekly Miles: 2,200–2,400 miles (potential for more if staying out longer).

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Endorsements: Must have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Age: 21 years or older.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $0.70 per mile (CPM), with a $0.02 CPM bonus for driving 2,000 miles in a week.
• Weekly Minimum Pay: $1,500.
• Weekly Average Pay: $1,700.
• Pay Increase: $0.01 CPM after 1 year of service.
• Bonuses:
  • New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 (paid on the second paycheck).
  • Referral Bonus: Up to $3,000, paid in increments: $1,000 on the second paycheck, $1,000 at 60 days, and $1,000 at 120 days.

Freight & Job Duties:

• Freight Types: A mix of drop and hook and live load. Most loads are preloaded at the Joliet, IL facility.
• Additional Pay: Occasional $50 for assisting with load/unload.

Truck and Equipment:

• Truck Speed: 62 mph pedal speed, 65 mph cruise speed.
• Truck Type: Tractor-trailer.
• Parking: Secure parking options available at Ecolab's Joliet, IL facility or other approved locations.
