CDL CLASS-A DRIVERS - BE AN OTR MENTOR! BONUSES & CASH INCENTIVES! - USA CDL Recruiting

Join our team as an OTR MENTOR!  MUST have at least 3 months of solo driving experience!

As a Mentor, you'll be responsible for teaching apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance to state and local laws and per company policies. With our focus on safety, reliability, and professionalism, you'll play a crucial role in  delivering goods efficiently while maintaining our high standards of service.

DETAILS:

• Home every 3-4 weeks for 3-4 days
• Mileage varies
• Company provided sleeper trucks

COMPENSATION:

• Weekly pay is based off of the verified experience we have received by your hire date.
• Average pay is $1700 per week.
• Mentor bonuses and cash incentives

BENEFITS:

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Class A license.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years.  No serious violations in the last 12 months. Applicants under 23 cannot have more than 1 moving violation in the past 12 months.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical, whisper test and drug screen
