As part of our team, you'll be looking at an average weekly pay between $1600 and $1700, driving around 3,400 miles. On top of that, there's a monthly fuel bonus that rewards you for every mile and a per diem option to boost your take-home pay. Our regional routes operate out of El Paso, Texas (79902), running through the Southwest and Southeast. You'll be working with well-planned lanes that mean great miles, reliable pay, and yes, that all-important weekly home time. Your truck gets a nice spot at a local drop yard during your breaks, so getting home is as easy as can be.

We'll make sure you start off right with a 2.5-day orientation, and there's a $500 welcome bonus in your first paycheck to help with any early expenses. Our fleet is top-notch-new International Prostars, automatic transmissions, and trucks no older than 2.5 years, all set up for dry freight. It's mostly no-touch, so you can focus on driving, not lifting.

To join, you'll need a Class A CDL, be at least 21, and have a pretty clean driving record (no more than 3 accidents or moving violations in the last 3 years). We're looking for at least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience with trailers 40 feet or longer.
