​ANDRUS TRANSPORTATION is seeking Experienced Drivers to run our dedicated route between Salt Lake City and the Southern California areas.

Must Have A Valid Class A License & 1 Year of Verifiable Commercial Driving Experience

Compensation:

• Base Pay Range: $1,050 to $1,700 weekly
  • Drivers are paid a competitive base CPM (based on a graduated pay scale based on experience) with 2,600 average miles weekly
  • Additional Pay/Bonuses:
    • Performance Bonuses (mileage, Idle and fuel efficiency):
      • Amounts vary, talk to your recruiter
    • Longevity Bonus: Quarterly 3 CPM bonus after 1 year of Employment
    • Accessorial Pay:
      • Detention – Drivers will be paid $20 per hour after the first two hours
      • Layover and Breakdown Pay – Driver will be paid $20 per hour. Breakdown and Layover pay is capped at 5 hours or $100.
• Weekly pay available on your Comdata Card or via Direct Deposit

Requirements

• Must have a CDL A License
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class-A driving experience with a clean driving record for the last 5 years​
  
• Must be at least 23 years old
• No DUI/DWIs or reckless convictions in last 5 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledge of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
