Home Care Supervisor at Standard Home Care, Inc

Duties: Under the supervision of the branch manager, the person will arrange pre-service training for the new workers as needed and the in-service training sessions.

We currently have four offices in the Chicagoland area.  Bloomingdale, Sauganash (Chicago), North Aurora & Springfield. This position will be in our Springfield location. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain client service quality according to Standard Homecare Inc.’s policies
• Coordinate and schedule staff workload efficiently
• Review and investigate client records
• Direct staff to utilize community resources effectively
• Appraise and counsel staff performance
• Develop service plans after client assessment and consultation
• Participate in community functions as needed
• Assist in orienting new staff to company policies
• Review schedules for discharges and staff visits
• Ensure continuing education programs for staff
• Perform additional duties as requested by management
• Perform desk job tasks with minimal lifting
• Occasionally lift and move supplies or charts
• Occasionally bend, stoop, reach, and lift client weight
• Travel to client homes for supervision, requiring good English communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Homecare supervisor: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• CCP Host training (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Springfield, IL 62701: Relocate before starting work (Required)
