Overview-Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships through effective communication and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities

• Conduct warm calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
• Answer inbound calls.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Utilize CRM and operating system software to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.
• Participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach.
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in landscaping, lawn care or pest management sales. Industry specific experience is not required
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively market products and services while understanding customer needs.
• Experience with warm calling techniques and building rapport with clients.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
