About the Job
Catering Managers deliver our guests VIP experiences through the planning, management, and execution of catering for special events and celebrations within and beyond our Restaurant’s property. They extend high quality customer-service by hosting and consulting with our guests from package selection to order placement all the way up until delivery. Catering Managers have a unique opportunity, as witnesses to some of our guests’ most special events, celebrations, and gatherings, to make a lasting impact on the community.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
Catering Managers are expected to:
- Execute quarterly goals aligning with the Restaurant’s Vision, Core Values, and Business Plan as assigned by the Executive Director of Sales and Brand Growth’s Core Expectations
- Meet weekly or bi-weekly with supervisor: Sales & Brand Growth Director
- Assist BOH/Kitchen in preparing items for catering order
- Prepare kits and condiments for box meals
- Maintain inventory of catering items
- Answer the Catering Phone (while on the clock) to steward guest inquiries and concerns regarding their catering needs
- Consult with guests to identify and make informed suggestions about the catering packages that will best meet their event’s needs
- Deliver catering orders within 20 mile radius from the store location
- Maintain professionalism in demeanor, conduct, and dress when preparing orders, delivering orders, and while driving
- Maintain proficiency in FOH and/or Back of House (BOH) Positions to assist operations as needed
- Create, maintain, and innovate organizational systems as they relate to Catering
- Complete other duties as assigned by Sales & Brand Growth Director and/or Chief of Staff
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older*
Willing to work holidays
Willing to work nights and weekends
Available to work up to 40 hours per week
Proficient Food Safety knowledge and training
*May be asked to drive the Catering Van. Must be 21 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
