Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement catering sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to create customized menus for events.
• Manage event logistics and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in catering or event sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and catering software.
