Title of Position: Catering Sales & Events Manager
Job Description: Our Catering Sales & Events Manager is responsible for all revenue, systems and processes, including hiring, and HR duties, ensuring operational guidance and support and leadership for management and team members. The Catering Sales & Events Manager will be responsible for the preparation of arrangements with clients for functions and guests in our restaurants. The Catering Sales & Events Manager will lead in setting up and following through on all daily functions within the four walls in each venue. The Catering Sales & Events Manager will guide, direct, coach and mentor the General Manager and will be responsible for coordinating with additional departments.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in both social banquet sales and corporate.
- Responsible for banquet sales for events ranging from 20 pp to 450 pp
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong business communications skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, with a personal drive to exceed customer expectation.
