About the Job
Our CATERING SALES COORDINATOR is responsible for growing and developing catering sales for Jay Luigi from the ground up. They are expected to create & execute promotional activities to foster new business, handle all incoming catering inquiries, and input all orders into the catering CRM. We're searching for a balanced and professional individual that is sales oriented, guest driven, and delivers results. A charismatic person that has community connections, enjoys networking, and isn't afraid to hit the streets.
THE BASICS
- Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values
- Responsible for training in-store fulfillment expert and auditing store level fulfillment process
- Orchestrate and attend off-site, catering specific promotional events
- Provide timely and clear communication of orders to unit leaders and fulfillment team
- Provide a single point of contact for new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain a Catering Marketing Plan
- Utilize and develop proficiency with catering CRM
- Deliver minimum number of new clients per period (based on set expectations)
- Identify opportunities to grow community engagement and out develop outreach programs
- Develop and streamline unit level catering systems
- Communicate with Managing Partners to assist in management of delivery drivers (hiring, and coaching, with GM/Regional Oversight)
