Job Summary





Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs. Creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and catering agreements in appropriate system and submitting for client signature in accordance with venue deadlines


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



+ Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner.


+ Contributes to the development of strategic sales initiatives


+ Effective communication with location partner teams to execute positive client experience


+ Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.


+ Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.


+ Performs other duties as assigned.
