Position Title: Catering Sales Administrative Assistant - GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium and KC Current


Pay Range: $20 to $25/hour





Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium and KC Current.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



+ Answer telephone, emails and direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner.


+ Maintain confidential client/partner files.


+ Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, the building partner(s), and clients.


+ Complete and maintain accurate catering event calendar, catering orders and legal agreements, email communication with clients and/or the partner(s).


+ Enter beverage consumption from events


+ Process client invoices for payment - using our software system, making sure additions are calculated correctly and checking item prices against bid specifications, making sure there are no discrepancies in pricing.


+ Support the catering sales manager with end of month financial close and securing payment from clients prior to events.


+ Attend meetings as required in person or via Microsoft Teams with permission from manager.


+ Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.


+ Performs other duties as assigned.
