Catering Manager / Chef at pci

1. Gathering Customer Requirements:
   • Consult with customers to understand their catering needs, including the number of guests and event dates.
2. Menu Planning:
   • Create food and beverage menus, considering clients’ preferences and any special requests (e.g., healthy meals for children).
3. Ingredient Management:
   • Determine ingredient requirements and set appropriate portions.
4. Staff Scheduling and Training:
   • Schedule staff shifts.
   • Train and manage wait staff and kitchen personnel.
5. Overseeing Food Preparation and Service:
   • Supervise food preparation and ensure excellent customer service during events.
6. Expense Reporting and Stock Management:
   • Monitor expenses.
   • Manage stock levels and place orders as needed.
7. Health and Safety Compliance:
   • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in creating menus from scratch.
• Organizational Skills:

• Customer Service Attitude:
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Calm Decision-Making:
  • Ability to remain composed and make quick decisions under stressful circumstances.
• Flexibility:
  • Willingness to work during weekends and holidays.
• Certification:
