Well Done Cooking Classes, an affiliate of Southern Cadence Cuisine, specializes in Date Nights/Social, Technique and Fundamentals, and Private Event cooking experiences. As a Catering and Event Sales Associate, you will have the chance to collaborate with Well Done Cooking Classes to create unforgettable culinary events for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their catering needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with Well Done Cooking Classes to create customized culinary experiences for clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to event execution, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and internal staff to ensure the successful execution of events
- Attend industry events, tradeshows, and networking functions to promote the company and expand the client base
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Prior sales or customer service experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Availability to work on weekends and flexible hours.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of the catering industry, including food trends and event planning
