Job Description:

• Work Directly with our Contracted Business Clients
• Build Catering Menus and Proposals based on your Clients Wants and Needs
• Liaison between Kitchen Staff, Operations Staff and Outside Vendors
• Use Microsoft Office include Excel, Word, Outlook Mail & Calendar
• Use Internal Software to Execute Event Proposals
• Site Visits with Clients & Venue Managers
• Billing, Invoicing & Payments
• Scheduling Staff Needed for Events
• Grow Sales through Networking & Prospecting
• Manage Individual Sales Goals
• Attend & Work Foodstuffs Events as Needed
