Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences? We’re looking for a Director of Catering to join our team in Norfolk, VA! In this Monday-to-Friday, daytime role, you’ll play a crucial part in creating memorable dining experiences for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Culinary Excellence: Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities to ensure top-notch quality.
• Elevate Guest Experiences: Oversee guest services, swiftly addressing and resolving any issues.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure the highest quality of ingredients and food preparation.
• Manage and Inspire: Train and lead kitchen personnel, creating and adjusting schedules to meet operational needs.
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.
