A Coordinator's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Coordinators lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Catering & Delivery Responsibilities:
- Oversee all afternoon catering, curbside, and 3rd party delivery operations on a daily basis
- Responsible for growing sales in their role and supporting the overall sales growth of the restaurant
- Effectively communicates with staff and leadership about catering, curbside, and 3rd party delivery needs to ensure orders are prepared on time and to Chick-fil-A’s quality standards.
- Take and process catering orders through phone, online, or in-person channels, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all details (e.g., menu items, quantities, delivery times, special requests).
- Work closely with guests to customize catering orders according to their needs, offering recommendations and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Organize and manage catering deliveries, including preparing routes, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring all orders are packed and labeled correctly for timely delivery.
- Communicate with delivery drivers to ensure on-time arrivals and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
- Ensure that all catering deliveries exceed customer expectations in terms of presentation and accuracy.
- Serve as the main point of contact for catering clients before, during, and after the event, ensuring a smooth, positive experience.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues related to catering orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with clients after events to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction, building long-term customer relationships.
- Track inventory levels of catering supplies and coordinate with the team to ensure adequate stock of packaging, utensils, and other necessary items.
- Order catering-specific supplies as needed, working within budget constraints and company guidelines.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations in the preparation, packaging, and delivery of catering orders.
- Ensure that catering vehicles and equipment are maintained in clean and operational condition.

- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in catering, delivery, or food service is preferred
- Reliable transportation

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple orders at once.
