About the Job
Our client, a nationally recognized health network, is hiring a Real Estate Category Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the health network real estate and facilities management
- Drive efficiencies
- Achieve financial savings
- Leverage system technology
- Deliver value to our Clinicians and Associates
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract development/management, vendor management, and identify savings opportunities
- Oversee contract spend areas including but not limited to Construction, IT, Facilities/MRO, Finance and non-clinical capital purchasing
- Manage the end-to-end source-to-contract process within a healthcare setting, developing sourcing strategies in collaboration with stakeholders to optimize cost, quality, market/spend analysis and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Experienced sourcing professional with expertise in non-clinical materials and services contracting
- Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills
