Seeking a litigation associate to add to my firms trial team, In Chicago, IL.
Job Responsibilities:
Work to defend high-exposure involving catastrophic injury and product liability matters during all phases of litigation, including specifically expert discovery and trial. Responsibilities will include:
Qualifications: 1+ years’ experience in civil litigation with experience practicing in Cook County and its collar counties preferred. Excellent research skills, writing skills and verbal communication required. Illinois license is mandatory.

Seeking a litigation associate to add to my firms trial team, In Chicago, IL.
Job Responsibilities:
Work to defend high-exposure involving catastrophic injury and product liability matters during all phases of litigation, including specifically expert discovery and trial. Responsibilities will include:
- Developing expert witness and trial strategy
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Conducting legal research
- Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
- Representing clients during courtroom appearances and arguments.
Qualifications: 1+ years’ experience in civil litigation with experience practicing in Cook County and its collar counties preferred. Excellent research skills, writing skills and verbal communication required. Illinois license is mandatory.
