Castle High School Cafe Manager - Warrick County School Corporation

The cafeteria manager is respopnsible for:

• supervising 26 employees
• overseeing meal production for over 1800 students
• placing all food orders
• monitoring food safety and sanitation procedures
• cafeteria financial management
• preparing special meals for students with food allergies
• professional communication with school staff, students and parents

Requirements:

• must be proficient in MicroSoft Word, Excel and G Suites
• must be easily trainable in various food service software programs
• professional and interpersonal communication skills
• complete ServSafe Certification by July 2025
• must have high school diploma or GED
• must have prior food service management experience
