Friendly Ford in Roselle is looking for a responsible person to answer a busy multi-line switch board as well as greet both service & sales department, guests.
This is a part time position about 15-20 hours a week, must be able to work afternoon shifts 3:00 - 8:00pm and Saturdays 12:00-5:00pm
Job Description :
Answers telephones, responds to inquiries, takes messages, screen and directs phone calls in a professional manner.
Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude to be able to create a welcoming environment for guest & co-workers
Filing & provides occasional administrative support and fulfills other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.
Ability to decipher the customer’s inquiry in order to transfer the call to the proper department
Receive cash, checks and credit/debit card payments from guests and record the amount received on repair orders, counter tickets and/or vehicle purchases. Must be able to balance cash drawer & use an adding machine
Maintains a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times
Previous Customer Service is required
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and effectively by phone
Basic computer knowledge
Must be able to pass drug testing
