Job Summary:
The Cashier/Receptionist at Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests at the dealership. They will handle all cashier and receptionist duties while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor. This is a full-time, hourly administrative role within the auto industry located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This position is an individual contributor role, working with a team of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Process all sales and service payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and cashier area
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and support
• Stay informed about new models, features, and accessories in order to assist guests with inquiries
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a cashier or receptionist role preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
