Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth parking experience.
• Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and maintain cash security.
• Assist customers with directions and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and conduct inventory checks.
• Complete shift reports and other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Less than high school education or related experience.
• Availability for various shifts, including weekends.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license if driving is required.
• Basic math and language skills for effective communication.
• Ability to handle transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
