Cashier - Hostess - Busser - Troni Brothers Italian Restaurant

Introduction:

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier, Busser and Hostess as an all in one positiion to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. The candidate will be responsible for processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing a high level of customer service. As part of the multi roll, you will also assist in cleaning tables off and setting them and also greeting customers to seat them at a clean table. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments accurately

• Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and assisting customers with their purchases

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Other duties as assigned

• Bussing Tables
• Seating Customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cashier or in a customer service role

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills
