Cashier - Zaxby's

Position Overview

Cashiers are the first point of contact for our guests and are directly responsible for delivering a great experience. You will take orders, handle payments, keep the dining room and other guest areas clean, and provide excellent service to our guests by following standard operating procedures with a sense of urgency.

Job Qualifications

The following requirements must be met:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must bring a bright and energetic approach to work.
• Maintain a mindset of constant improvement and must be eager to learn.
• Be able to work 12-40 hours per week.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Capabilities Requirement

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions.
• Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the role.
• Must be able to explain menu items, answer questions and suggest additional items.
• Accept payments and operate cash registers.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
• Clean and maintain guest areas including the dining room, counters, bathrooms and building exterior.
• Maintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs.
• Stock paper goods, condiments, serveware, and beverages.
• Required to execute the role both indoors and outdoors.
