About the Job
Providing excellent customer service both on the phone and in person.
Phone work - answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers for various reasons relating to the showroom business.
Calling customer to confirm the status of their orders, delivery and product service.
Operating and balancing computerized cash register.
Data entry - using the Company's computerized point of sale system and various programs to assist in processing sales orders and customer inquiries.
Job Requirements *Must be flexible with hours in order to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must also be able to perform a variety of general office activities in a fast paced team player environment.
Candidate must posses excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers via phone and in person.
Cashier and computer experience a plus.
