Cashier- Costa Vida - HB Boys

As a Cashier and Line team member, you are Costa’s POP (point of purchase)! It’s a mission-critical position and arguably our most important touch point with “Costa-mers.” So, we’re looking for the best and brightest!

Main responsibilities of a cashier:

● Managing orders

● Assisting Guests with creating their Costa masterpiece, aka their delicious meal

● Accepting payments and providing receipts

Qualifications And Skills::

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations

Summary Of Essential Duties And Responsibilities::

• Greeting Guests when entering and leaving the premises
• Managing transactions using a cash register
• Light cleaning tasks on frontline and in dining room
• Accepting payments in cash, credit or check
• Providing change and receipts
• Issuing coupons, vouchers, stamps and gift cards
• Processing returns and refunds, and resolving customer complaints
