Cashier/ Barista - 318 Coffee Inc

We are a locally owned & operated Independent Coffeehouse located in Geneva, IL & have been voted one of the areas Best Coffeehouses for several years in a row. We are looking for one or more people to be baristas at our shop. You must be energetic, hard-working & upbeat.

Graham’s 318 Coffeehouse is seeking part time retail employees to join our dedicated team.

Customer service experience is a plus. Our customers are our #1 priority, and you will be required to treat each guest with respect & provide service with a smile. Our staff creates unique experiences with our customers & cultivates relationships. We are a very busy shop, so we need our staff to be able to handle themselves well in a hectic environment and be able to keep cool under pressure.

Barista experience is not required, we will train you, however customer service experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate must possess a heart for hospitality, enjoy working with people, have a positive and motivating personality, and excellent organizational skills.

Requirements:

Flexibility during nights, holiday, festival times, and weekends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Represent the family business as a leader in the community.

Graham’s 318 Coffeehouse is open everyday except for major holidays, and is very active in the community and during festivals, are you adaptable to the changing needs of the business?
