Surdyk's Flights Wine Market & Bar located in MSP Airport honors the same tradition of quality service to customers all over the world and we are searching for the next member of our team.The Food and Beverage Cashier/Snack Bar Associate is responsible for ensuring that each guest has an amazing experience by greeting them in a warm and friendly manner, accurately processing their transaction, in the POS system, quickly and efficiently and thanking them with a smile. Whether working in an on-trend national brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
Open Shifts Are:
4:45am - 11am OR 10am - 4pm OR 3pm - 9pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain a professional company image by adhering to all grooming and uniform guidelines, including slip
resistant shoes.

- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests promptly.
- Present the menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.

- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu, it’s ingredients, flavor profiles, portion sizes, and
preparation methods.
- Observe guests to respond to any additional requests and determine when the meal has been completed.
- Totals bill accurately and accept payment following established guidelines.
- Maintain a clean organized work environment
- Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as seating customers, answering telephones, stock
work, cleanup, and documentation.
- Responds appropriately to guest concerns.
- Complete all side work duties which may include sweeping and mopping.
- Enthusiastically supports decisions once they have been made by management.
- Accountable for compliance with all local, state, federal laws, and regulations including those relating to food
safety.
