Cash Applications Analyst at KBW Financial

A nation-wide energy company located in Dedham, MA, is actively seeking a Cash Application Specialist for an immediate opening. The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for handling the cash applications in the AR department. This is a direct hire opening that will report to the AR Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Researching unapplied payments
• Assisting with cash applications 
• Entering bank draft information
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Assisting in AR as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of accounts receivable experience, including cash apps 
• Excel experience in an accounting setting
• Ability to be onsite every day in Stoughton  

Compensation Package: Paid hourly up to $26/hr
