Job Responsibilities:
- Apply large dollar amounts and high volume of lockbox, ACH and wire transactions on a daily basis.
- Research discrepancies related to unapplied or misapplied cash and provide resolutions.
- Responding to customer requests in a timely manner and recording all customer activity.
- Assisting with monthly accounts receivable close activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of Cash Application or Accounts Receivable experience
· Highly organized with great attention to detail.
· Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
