Cash Application Analyst from Innova Solutions

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Cash Application Analyst.

Position type: Full-time Contract

Duration: 3 months

Location: Philadelphia, PA

As a Cash Application Analyst, you will be:

• Using established procedures to correctly identify and input premium & non-premium payments into the corresponding systems.
• Performing required cross-checks to ensure quality and integrity of data entered.
• Ensuring proper MAR and internal controls are utilized for all tasks completed.
• Utilizing various systems to research payments received in-house or presented via bank imaging tools.
• Collaborating with internal business partners such as Accounting, Billing, and AR to ensure payments are allocated and/or reconciled appropriately.
• Building relationships with external business partners to include bank vendors in research and resolution of payment issues.
• Understanding the time constraints and deadlines associated with payment research and application to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Completing daily reconciliation of premium receipts and resolve variances as required.
• Responsible for insight into the types of payment adjustments, their use, and customer impact.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with up to 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Treasury experience in Healthcare / Insurance Industry preferred.
• Having knowledge of Web based applications and PeopleSoft experience a preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.40/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
