Cash Application Analyst from Innova Solutions

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Cash Application Analyst.

Position type: Full time - Contract

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: Philadelphia, PA

As a Cash Application Analyst, you will:

• Using established procedures to correctly identify and input premium & non-premium payments into the corresponding systems.
• Perform required cross-checks to ensure quality and integrity of data entered.
• Ensure proper MAR and internal controls are utilized for all tasks completed.
• Utilize various systems to research payments received in-house or presented via bank imaging tools.
• Collaborate with internal business partners such as Accounting, Billing, and AR to ensure payments are allocated and/or reconciled appropriately.
• Complete daily reconciliation of premium receipts and resolve variances as required
• Insight into the types of payment adjustments, their use, and customer impact
• Understanding of how daily deliverables impact internal and external business partners as well as the overall customer experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent with up to 3 years relevant work experience.
• Hands on experience in Accounts Receivables.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Treasury experience in Healthcare / Insurance Industry preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Having knowledge of Web based applications and PeopleSoft experience a preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $19.50- $20.50 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
