Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Two years of experience in a related field. College coursework in related field may substitute for experience (30 credit hours is equivalent to one year of experience).

High level of effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize.
Ability to work independently and in team settings.
Ability to promote the dignity and respect of those we serve.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
Ability to operate basic office equipment such as copy machine, facsimile equipment, and computer.
Maintain positive interactions with clients, parents, guardians, co-workers, supervisors and people in the community.
