BPN Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Case Manager RN to fulfill a 13-week contract at a facility in the San Diego, CA. area.
Essential Functions Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation. Analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues. Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation. Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes. Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.

Job Requirements
Requirements/Certifications:
• California RN License
• 3 Years of Experience
• Hospital experience
• Utilization review
• Electronic medical record experience
• Experience with Interqual or MCG
• Bachelor's Degree
• Flu vaccine required

- Estimated weekly gross pay= $ 2,760-$2,840 (w/ travel stipend included)
