About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Case Manager **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Must have at least 2 years of case manager experience with travel, or 3 years without travel. Current large hospital experience required. VA and clinic experience will not be considered. **License:** Must have an active RN license in the state or a compact license. **Certifications:** Cerner Experience preferred **Must-Have:** - At least one completed previous travel assignment - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required, no exemptions - Flu Vaccine: Required, no exemptions - Must live at least 100 miles from the facility - Willingness to work during the end-of-year holidays if they fall during the assignment **Job Description:** - Current large hospital experience required - Orientation is 16 hours - RNs can be floated between like units and campuses within 20 miles of each other; however, floating between campuses will be rare. - During the end-of-year holidays: If Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's fall during the assignment, the traveler must be willing to work 2 of the 3 holidays. If 2 holidays fall during the assignment, the traveler must be willing to work at least 1 of the 2. - The facility is strict; ensure candidates meet all requirements before submission. - Provide a copy of the traveler's driver's license at submission. - Include all requested time off in the submission packet. The facility will not honor requests after submission. - Former permanent and internal associate travelers must be separated for one year before being eligible to return as a traveler. - If previously employed by the facility, confirm eligibility for rehire. - The best time to contact the traveler must be listed clearly on the profile. - If certifications are going to expire during the assignment, the renewal plan must be clearly listed on the profile. - Local travelers must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered.
