Description
The position is for a temporary Case Manager Supervisor (also known as a Program Analyst) for approximately 2+ months.
Primary duties include:
• Site visits to work with clients and follow-up on case management, including case conferencing and housing assistance. Site visits can be in any of the 5 boroughs, approximately 2 visits per week. This is not a remote work position.
• Administrative tasks as needed, be flexible with duties (and schedule). Will more than likely be working with the CBO’s as well.
• Assist the Program Administrator in making sure sites are running optimally.
• When not on-site visits, will be working at the main office location.
Job Details:
• Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm, with paid 30-minute break. Their supervisor may change their schedule directly with them (could be 7am to 3pm, 10-6pm, etc.).
• Be willing to work OT when necessary.
• Dress is business appropriate attire.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with Department of Homeless Services is highly desired
- Experience working in social services/case management role is required
- Must have good computer skills including Excel to work on spreadsheets
