We are seeking a Case Manager to join our residential team at our Bethlehem, PA location.
The Residential Case Manager will:
* Provide clinical/administrative coordination of admissions
* Provide ongoing care and aftercare of all aspects of the adult CRR in a manner that considers the rights, safety, comfort and overall therapeutic environment of the resident, their family and support systems
* responsible for the adherence of licensure policies and procedures by the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse and Lehigh County Mental Health
Earn $20.73 / hour with the selection of our Enhanced Pay Program.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field
* 2 years' experience working with adults in a mental health system.
* Prior Case Management experience preferred.
* Must possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
