Position: Case Manager- NH Seacoast/ Southern NH 

Department: Veteran Services- Supportive Services for Veteran Families 

Reports to: SSVF Program Manager 

Pay Status: Exempt   

Location:  Seacoast and Southern NH

The Job:  The SSVF Housing Case Manager plays a critical role in supporting homeless or at-risk veteran families by providing direct housing search, placement, and stabilization services. This position focuses on helping veterans and their families secure and maintain permanent housing. While connecting to additional supportive services to provide long term success.
