Case Manager ( Law Firm) ( Hybrid in Morristown, NJ) ( Full-time)
Location: Hybrid schedule in Morristown, New Jersey
Salary: $80K - $90K Base Salary

• Must be able to work a Hybrid in office arrangement in Morristown, New Jersey
• You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of legal cases and ensuring that all tasks associated with each case are completed promptly and efficiently.
• You will work closely with our lawyers and legal assistants to provide support and assistance throughout the legal process.
• Manage and oversee a caseload of legal cases from start to finish
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on each case to gather relevant information and build a strong case strategy
• Review legal documents, contracts, and other important papers to ensure accuracy and completeness

My Client is looking to hire a Case Manager for its Securities Litigation department.

Requirements include:

• J.D. or significant paralegal experience
• You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of legal cases and ensuring that all tasks associated with each case are completed promptly and efficiently.
• You will work closely with our lawyers and legal assistants to provide support and assistance throughout the legal process.
• The appropriate candidate will be highly motivated, able to work independently, and have strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Responsibilities include document retrieval and review, factual investigation and analysis, and application of relevant industry rules and regulations.
• Superior oral, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented
• Ability to be resourceful and handle dozens of matters at once.
