Position Summary:
Amenity ABA Center is seeking a dedicated Case Manager/Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Behavioral Therapists (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and families to provide quality care for clients. You will play an essential role in the coordination and delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, ensuring that each client’s needs are met in a collaborative and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the BCBA, BTs, RBTs, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct 1:1 intervention as needed to support clients’ behavior goals and skill acquisition.
- Ensure effective communication between the clinical team, families, and other professionals, including physical therapists, to optimize the client’s progress.
- Assist in tracking and documenting client progress, implementing interventions, and making recommendations for ongoing treatment adjustments.
- Attend team meetings and assist in training BTs and RBTs on behavior intervention techniques.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of client care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an RBT (Required).
- Actively pursuing a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (Required).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A passion for working with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.
