Job Title: Behavioral Services Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and intervention for individuals in behavioral crises.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelors degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services.
- Preferred: Graduate degree from an accredited program in a related field.
- Certifications: First Aid, CPR, Emergency Behavior Intervention.
- Required: 1 year of relevant work experience.
