Your day to day as a Clubhouse Generalist
As a Case Manager at our South Provo location you will immerse yourself in a rewarding position where your problem-solving abilities and compassionate nature shine. Engage in client assessments, care plan development, service coordination, and progress monitoring for individuals grappling with mental health issues. Collaboration with a diverse team and precise documentation will be integral to your success. Your innovative solutions and empathy will be pivotal in crafting meaningful experiences for our clients. This position will be working in the Business unit of the Clubhouse, teaching clerical data entry and billing skills. You will also be in charge of entering the attendance and other data entry tasks for the clients. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive environment.

To excel as a Case Manager at our clubhouse, several key skills are essential. Proficiency in software tools for documentation and client progress tracking is crucial. Candidates with prior experience at an accredited Clubhouse will have an advantage, as well as those with expertise or teaching abilities in assisting individuals with mental illness.
A valid Driver's License is a mandatory requirement for this role to enable efficient service coordination and client support. Successful candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, adaptability to address challenges creatively, and a customer-centric approach to delivering excellent care. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- High School Diploma and
- Graduation with a Bachelor's degree
- Completed coursework required by Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing to apply for SSW licensure And/or are working towards a SSW licensure.
- SUDC and ASUDC applicants also accepted.
- Experience or teaching skills with individuals with mental illness.(Preferred)
